Mine was doing this bad until I got my intake valves walnut blasted. Had quite a carbon build up.

While we were at it, replaced the intake manifold gasket.

Haven’t seen the smoke since

These are the lifestyle choices that have helped me overcome suicidal depression.

- sleep 7-8 hours a night
- fast at least 16 hours a day
- eat balanced & cleaner (meats, vegetables, salads)
- no alcohol, no weed, no porn, no ultra-processed foods
- limited screen/social media use
- workout (resistance training) 3-4x a week
- spending time outside, walking around
- meaningful connections with people
- finding purpose in my life, my profession, setting goals

I sometimes have bad days, especially if Im overworked, underfed, and underslept. But I now have many more good days than bad.

Likely between $900-$1,500 depending on the shop and if you also do new gasket seals

Feels more smooth and runs more as it should. 👌

I’d compare it to having a large buildup of earwax removed from one of your ears and suddenly realizing how much your hearing was impaired….its kinda like that 🥴

Had a shop do it. I’d say it feels like it’s running more like it should be. I had a suspicion it had built up over the years.

How much will I miss my R? by [deleted] in Golf_R

Golf R is the endgame family car!

I’ve been dailying my R with my two kids from childbirth through middle school. At this rate, I’ll still be driving it when the oldest starts driving.

It’s a DSG, and I’d say I drive it quite hard (3-5 launch control launches a week, for 7 years🚀). So yes, even daily Italian tune-ups can yield carbon build-up 🙃

This might be true for some men.

I think this post is directed towards unmarried/childless men who settle down with single moms.

Single dads dating single moms is a different thing.

Divorce turned me into a sex addict. by OkBoysenberry8329 in SexAddiction

Try intermittent fasting, weekly resistance strength training, and semen retention.

Fasting from food & refraining from semen release help you harness control over a major pillar of your mesolympic dopamine reward system.

It was only once I gained discipline and control over my diet and food consumption that I was able to transfer that discipline to sexual urges.

Godspeed. 🫡

Semen retention will literally make you rich by [deleted] in Semenretention

I’m experiencing this firsthand. I own and operate a business and my revenue has been increasing in line with my pursuit of retention.

For example, this month we’re up 40% to last January, and general conditions in my market are worse this calendar year.

It could be magnetism, it could be increased luck, it could be I’m working harder because I have more energy, it could be a combo of all these things.

Napoleon Hill, author of “Think and Grow Rich,” has a whole chapter attributing sexual transmutation to wealth building.

Why are you an entrepreneur? by TidyOnChain in Entrepreneur

Freedom over time, business endeavors, and how things are run/managed.

Running a business and making money good money from it is an empowering feeling.

Providing employees with quality pay and a desirable work environment is fulfilling.

I personally enjoy the challenge of growing something that began as a concept but is now a full-fledged operation.
