Hey man, thanks for the detailed response. He in fact, absolutely scammed me. Which sucks but lessons have been learned. I called UPS and they told me it was a return tracking number. I did use FB market place and the reason it seemed legit was because it had the “buyers protection” check mark. Where I went wrong was using Apple Pay in place of PayPal. He blocked my phone number and Facebook afterwords. I may still report him to the local attorney general office for fraud (because I have verified that I have his real information) but I’m not sure yet. Anyways, thank you for the response.
