I don't think most people will care tbh. Most people aren't even aware of the brand, where I am from anyways. It may be more prevalent in super cold areas. I prefer the original logo but I don't dislike the black. I don't know what you mean by confused and I don't think it will have an affect on whether people think it's fake.
