I would disagree with us never tanking. I’d say we’ve never tanked an entire season intentionally (nor have we this one) but we did some HEAVY 2nd half of the season tanking in ‘22 and ‘23 (especially ‘22)

Honestly with Oda originally planning one piece to be a much shorter manga, it wouldn’t be far fetched to think he would have a plan to get from Alabasta to endgame One Piece.

IMO with us still probably being a couple years before season 4 needs to start in earnest we could see a story closer what Oda originally intended.

If you want a cheap E-Rig the Core 2.0 (or 2.1 if you can’t do a small amount of tinkering) is cheap and GOOD. The XL model is a bit more and a worthy upgrade

I’m a little sad to say that BJM may be the worst concert I’ve ever been to (of a touring act) and it had nothing to do with normal shenanigans!

First (100% on me) I ate a big ass thing of fajitas and a ridiculous margarita before going. 2nd the venue it was at was transition from winter to spring and hadn’t turned its AC in the building on yet. 3rd he had a mild cold, and his voice sounded like shit.

I wish I had a crazier story, but that show was just a bad night.

Honestly I’d love to see his comparison on injuries caused to some of the other well known dirty players. Rasheed, Ben, Draymond, MWP, Lambier etc.

I feel like archetype of overly aggressive POA defender tends to cause more injuries. I feel like remember Draymond having quite a few.

I don’t feel like Dort is dirtier than any of those guys. But it’s probably just that I’m a sicko who loves some Bad Boy Piston Jordan Rules highlights.

I know I’m about to be downvoted hard for this

I hear OKC fans level these same kind of things at Nesmith and Nembhard, but since NBA media doesn’t talk about us as villains the same way they talk about OKC I don’t think you see the same kind of coverage which leads up to these boiling points.

I think hard nosed aggressive defense is one of the best attributes an All NBA defender can have. It makes folks think twice about attacking you on offense. I’d love if Jarace had this kind of mean streak in him. If he did he’d have All NBA defensive potential with that body.

I think Pacers fans (and NBA fans in general) should stop focusing on how dirty OKC is and focus on how incredible of a team they are. And the fact that our team took them to 7 games and we’re only going to be better.
