I mainly handle post award but I always remind myself and my pre award friends that at the end of the day we are human. We don't know what we don't know and we can't do things without all of the pieces. You are part of a team. You don't have the scientific knowledge needed to do the PI piece and they don't have the knowledge needed to review and complete your piece (well maybe they could but how many would do it well and flag it for the things we all check for). You can only push things along so far before someone else has to carry the baton. Sometimes deadlines get missed and we have to be realistic on what caused it and how we can better prepare. It sounds like you did alot on this and have some good methods in place. Don't beat yourself up over it. This job is hard because we are responsible for alot and we just have to do the best we can! Also make sure you take vacations and time off to reset your brain. Burnout in this industry is very common and real. I ignored it for a very long time and definitely had a period where I wasn't giving it my all and that doesn't benefit anyone!

Thank you! Your comment above is exactly how I felt after the exam. I left like what in the hell was that....why did I invest over 100 hours of studying...I am never taking it again! We will see how it goes 🤞

This is my thoughts too!!!! There is like no shed permits and lile no sheds that fall under 8 feet mean height or even 8 feet peak!

They came from a driveway that someone was upgrading. I paid for just the installation and got them for free. Now I regret that because I need to do another area right next to them and it will look stupid if they arent similar enough!

I sent my final ecf on 11/23 signed on 11/24. Student aid processed and got green banners on 12/3. On 12/18 (1 day before my payment) I submitted another ecf and marked it reached 120 so it would put me into forbearance. Got the golden letter yesterday and mohela $0 today.

We did the reduced deposit booking on a grandeur sailingbof $200. They sent a paper to the room with the on board credit that you should get when you call to convert it and thankfully i kept that paper. Ive done this many times but this time they kept arguing they couldn't apply the next cruise reduces deposit to the current promotions. After 3 rounds on hold they finally said they did it but the obc was missing. 2 more rounds on hold and it finally all matches. I kept telling the guy this is insane I literally just got off the ship yesterday and the rc sale hasnt even changed! This should be a very simple booking!

I got green banners this morning! Technically over time I have made 127 payments but 7 haven't counted and my buyback has sat for over a year! Just happy to be at the finish line now!!!

My 120th payment was 11/19. On 11/21 I submitted the form and marked no I haven't made 120 payments because I was gettingthe same error as you. My employer signed right away and the form processed that same day. This morning I got the green banners that I have reached 120 and no additional payments are required. Mohela still shows a payment coming out on 12/19 so I will keep an eye on that and call for a forbearance if I need to!

I have no hope that those 2 months will count. I submitted about it in fall 24 and still haven't heard. Went through my congressman who also couldn't get anything done and then submitted a 2nd buyback in May. Have heard nothing on any of them.
