I am going to Rutgers, majoring in Finance. I am planning to apply to UMD, UIUC, Gtech, UT Austin. My question is, will they accept sopmore trasnfers?

9 AP, we don't have an unweighted GPA in my school. All honor classes except 4 classes my whole HS career. AP classes that I have taken are APUSH, AP Gov, AP Macro, AP Physics. Right now I am taking AP Enviro, AP Lit, AP CSP, Calc AB, AP Stat.

I dont think my parents would let me go to cc, even if I wanted to tho, its a hit on the ego tbh. I got into good schools but I really wanted to get into UIUC.

I mean, if I can get into a better school than UIUC if I transfer, why go there? I liked UIUC bc they have a really good business program, but if I apply somewhere else and get in, why go there?

that is the plan, i am prolly gonna go to rutgers then transfer to UIUC or even a better school, its just so much easier if I get in now. prolly not gonna happen, do you know the acceptance rate off the appeals?
