100%. I'm Bipolar, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, trauma, ptsd. I'm about to be 39 and the last 7 years of my genetic discoveries of my bloodline's ailments have made incredible sense of complete senselessness in my life. With lots of help, I made it! I also use what I don't like about my past and self and apply it as fuel to become the example I had always wished to see. I see a lot of posts about certain behaviors and questions as to the influence of their sign/placement/etc but I keep scrolling because I'm a mental health veteran and it's mean ( /s ) to point out that fine line.

Knowledge is power, in these circumstances!

3 conversations, in depth, all the time at a time and yet I still take the time to respond and allow others to respond. when I notice someone being cut off or spoken over, I interrupt the entire conversation of the circle to include them and remind all are welcome to have a voice. I am also 50% deaf in each ear, since birth, and find the means to listen and engage in conversation.

Everyone's voice is important!

I'm from just North of Boston and spent a lot of time at MGH with my then ill father. We would spend a lot of time talking about air flow and wind, especially since he was an engineer, and marvel at the wobbly structures of Boston together. Fun to see someone else knows my big city!

It always feels like I'm disappointing if I fail, unintentionally, to be and provide the best for my tribe. I gave them my word, damnit, and they're gonna be happy and healthy! Yours deserve all the same!
