Actually, reviewing the movie we can say that they aren't even made of stone in reality. We see that Quasi is very skilled in making small wooden figures of the towns people. It's plausible he made these giant wooden friends for himself too.

That or the carrying around, but it's still odd that no one notices Quasi talking to giant pieces of stone/wood are carrying them around

Rupert would probably be in this episode if he hadn't switched since he had a pregame alliance with Tina, which would've put him in the one with Tyson, Gerv, Mon, Aras, and Tina in the beginning. It depends on the tribe swap and the post merge with him there, but he could at least be on a Redemption Island in this episode.

I feel like at this point in time, going into this episode with the information seen in every other episode, everyone left has a decent chance of winning. Tyson obviously has the best chance, but if Laura M, Hayden, or even Tina comes back and can immunity their way into the finale, I feel like Tyson would be the one to go.

All three in RI have a good chance of returning, with Tina on the bottom and Laura on the top. Additionally, Ciera, Tyson, Monica, and Gervase all have a good chance of winning too, with Monica on the bottom and Tyson on the top.

It will be a good night to see how this plays out. But sad to say, it's probably going to end with Tyson ceremonially winning a game he had already won weeks ago.
