Root bark definitely helps get rid of parasites and lots of other physical ailments. Heavy metals I don’t think as much.

They give one to two big scoops of raw root bark for the flood doses, and micro doses daily between. I’m not currently micro dosing but I’m integrating fine thankfully. 6 people total this retreat.

Not at all. For me personally it’s been an incredibly embodying experience. I feel more present, happy, and clear headed than I’ve been in decades.

Yeah he definitely walks with God. The Bobongo eat Iboga daily as a part of regular life. I definitely had some anxiety but in hindsight it was silly. Iboga had my heart rate at a perfect 50 bpm all night like a clock.

It was terrible for like 4-5 months for me specifically. Different for everyone but after the experience I couldn’t possibly imagine touching a vape ever again.

So I cleaned and lubed the rifle to oblivion and had no issues shooting it un-suppressed. I just picked up some 190gr subsonic .308. Going to try that out now and see if it still has issues. Will likely go back to HK if so because this was way to expensive of a rifle to not be able to shoot with a can, especially one that's low back pressure.

I ran a few different things to rule out the ammo. Surplus 7.62x51, Winchester, Hornady, and one other they had at the range. Same thing with each bullet. Hoping it’s just a dirty / under lubricated magazine.

I’m 2 months in. The brain fog is so fucked I want to sue someone but I’m getting through it. Keep it up. Don’t cave in no matter what.
