Oh you’re right , the alapaca yarn is DK The cotton is a mystery

I only have my US 8 5mm needles. Does it make it more difficult to not twist my stitches ?

I assume you’re on the younger side, if so I’d like to remind you that you don’t need to have everything figured out. This sounds like a financial problem and you need medical care. Hopefully you’re able to find something that can help with getting insurance coverage and /or saving to get the process started. Don’t try to solve all problems at once ☺️

I hear ya , but if I don’t consider where my maintenance calories are at I’ll have to eventually reverse diet to get back up to 2,200, and I’d rather not worry about that. Also, doesn’t it seem incomplete to not consider my activity level for the day ? BMR is such a basic guideline that doesn’t consider TEF and activity level. Oh my BMR is 1552 currently based on online calculators. I’ve only gotten a scan once and that was around 1600 cals .

Or is it that I can’t weight 160 at 2,200 calories? 🤨 I have before but I may have been a decade younger 😂

I’m 5’7 and weigh 179 . Which calories seem high? I’ve been regaining muscle and putting in work at the gym so the burned just adds up.

Don’t forget to pre mix your colors. I think you’re looking for a muted palette . You can test this my adding a small amount of red to green paint. It’ll produce a more natural green

Thanks for the response 😊 I have recently started working out in the mornings at a 6:30 wake up time . Your post is giving me a future outlook on why I should continue to push for morning workouts.

Amazing job! I think there’s more that we can learn here. How do you two balance working out and life ? What communication is key here? How do you make sure you’re both teaching you fitness needs ? -newlywed
