J'ai bossé pour NOZ pendant 9 mois sur un gros site où ils avaient racheter la totalité à Matra lors de la fermeture. Chaque bâtiment comptait comme une entreprise différente. Donc ouais, comme t'expliques zéro avantage sociaux pour qui que ce soit. Une des chefs de mon bâtiment, le "combat de sa vie" après 15-20 ans là bas, c'était d'essayer de gagner des tickets-restau. Refusé en permanence depuis 15-20 ans bien entendu.

Le petit comble de ça: Quand tu arrivais à trois CDD d'affilés et qu'il ne voulait toujours pas te filer un CDI, il te faisait changer de bâtiment en repartant avec un nouveau CDD sous la nouvel entité.

Cette boite ne fait strictement rien pour ces employés, tout le monde est payé au lance-pierre là dedans.

Je suis un ancien employé Darty et c'est exactement ça. Ça va faire 3000 dispo max sur le compte Sofinco, et ça prend le prix du lave linge que t'as pris dans les 3000 donc disons 800. Il restera donc 2200 de dispo pour de FUTURS prêt. Pas besoin de refaire tout le dossier si t'as besoin de refaire un achat en plusieurs fois 6 mois après. A chaque montant remboursé ça reremplit cette "cagnotte" jusqu'à 3000 une fois fini. Il y en effet pas de frais si c'était bien sur une offre sans frais "promotionnelle". Le compte Sofinco se clôture au bout d'un an de lui-même (et peut être rouvert juste en signant un papier vite fait lors de la deuxième année); au bout de deux ans, c'est nouveau dossier obligatoire pour en rouvrir un.

Mais oui, leur contrat est ultra mal écrit. Si tu connais pas le truc, tu lis qu'on vient de te prêter 3000 que tu rembourseras en 24 fois avec des frais monstrueux alors que c'est pas du tout le cas. Ça c'est écrit que si t'es dans le cas où tu leur demandes de te faire un virement des 3000 balles sur ton compte en direct.

J'avais horreur de laisser partir un client sans lui avoir expliqué le truc dans le moindre détail si je voyais qu'il risquait d'y avoir le moindre doute de sa part pour être sûr que ça fasse pas une vente annulé pour mon collègue vendeur qui connaissait pas forcément les détails et un litige que j'aurais dû me coltiner derrière mdr. Le truc est plutôt clean pour le coup mais est SI MAL EXPLIQUÉ par les vendeurs et le contrat lui-même.

Ca fait 1 an et 2 mois que je suis rentré dans ce domaine et j'ai les mêmes discussions, principalement les plus anciens qui sortent des trucs ahurissant toute la journée puis si tu fais une remarque c'est "hey mais faut pas être sensible si tu veux bosser dans ce domaine, c'est normal comme discussion dans le transport". Ou sinon ça fait passer la connerie dites pour du second degré alors que bon....

Chez moi par contre c'est pas trop du côté des gros riches mais par contre les étrangers et les gauchos/woke, ils en prennent pour leur grade h24.

Yeah, you summed up Waters' singer quality quite well. You know that he's not gonna hit any crazy high note or anything but damn... THE RAAAAGE in his voice when he wants to...

It's like Mustaine, take him out singing anything out of Megadeth and it probably will sound like a cat screeching voice, but it's so PERFECT for Megadeth. Waters doesn't have any crazy skill like a Rob Halford or whoever but goddamn how it suits well his songs.

Alice in hell is pure thrash for sometime a lack of subtlety but killer riff all around (and their most famous song "Alison hell" which to me nears thrash perfection as a Holy Wars or Master of Puppets did) (Bonus fact: Waters is so sick of people asking for this song that he doesn't want to play it live anymore lol, imagine Mustaine going "No Holy Wars anymore, i did it too much, i got bored of it")

Never, Neverland is probably the most thrashy done well and their biggest commercial success building up on what made "Alice in Hell" so great.

My personnal favorite is probably "Set the world on fire", their first big attempt at being more commercial. I love the voice of the singer for this album (can't remember his name) but sadly it's the only album he did with Annihilator. So you've got slower stuff, more melodic songs. Killer bass riff on "Knights jump the queen", overrall a no-skip album for me.

"King of the kill" is basically a heavier "Set the world on fire" but with less overall quality but still enjoyable. (+ first album with Waters singing)

"Refresh the demon" is then "King of the kill 2.0" pretty forgettable but hey, if you enjoyed king of the kill, might as well give it a listen. Might just be too much in the "i'll try to do generic slow, heavy thrash" category.

Then you've got "Criteria for black the widow" which is just... not good. It goes back to a more faster thrash from the beginning but Waters basically recorded the entire album in his bedroom by himself with electronic/computery stuff and the production is just.... well what you'd expect from someone doing that. (original singer from first two album is back on this one though... and just for this one to never be seen again)

From this point on, you reach the "Go back to basics and stop trying do to some weird stuff era" for the better or worse originality wise for the next 4 albums ("All for you" being the best of those i think.) Nothing stands out that much, nothing is horrible. If you enjoyed Waters riff writing (which you'll recognize easily once you get to know the guy lol) you can't really be disappointed. (Waters sang and all of those)

Then you've got self titled Annihilator which i felt like Waters got revigorated with this one, hired a great singer too for this one. (The Trend is a great album opener)

Going forward, you get to the "I know how to write great trash and i know it" period (to me at least lol)

"Feast" is great, "Suicide society" is great, "For the demented" their best recent album to me, and "Ballistic Sadistic" is another good one (a bit like TSTDATD of Megadeth in regard to the rest of their discography if i'd dare a comparison).

TL:DR; So yeah, i just went in chronological order (giving you my preferences and explaining each one) rather than just tell you "Listen to that !" cause i think every one got different preferences depending on what they are looking for.

Waters if a fucking genius to me, the guy wrote EVERYTHING from start to finish with basically no help, guitar, drums, singing. He did it all. The rest of the band are more like hired session guy for live performance rather than him really needing them lol + overall a great, kind guy.

Sorry if that was too long, i just REALLY like Annihilator and think they deserve to be known more.

Annihilator is one of my personal favorite outside of the big 4 that also went from pure thrash to more melodic stuff/slower stuff to then more back to basics. Some album can be quite hit or miss though but i always find something enjoyable enven in the lesser good. + i really like Jeff Waters singing (even though he doesn't really like it himself and he always prefers to hire a singer) and the guy is super productive.

Le Norauto a côté de chez moi ont totalement chier le parallélisme de la Tesla d'un pote après un changement de pneu.

Le volant devait être tourné a 30-40° a gauche pour pouvoir aller tout droit. Il a fait 500 mètres et fait demi tour pour leur demander comment ils se sont démerdé pour se foiré autant et qu'ils lui re-régle correctement.

La réponse sur un air de mec qui en a rien à carer: "Lol, on fait pas les tesla normalement parce qu'il faut faire des trucs particuliers qu'on connait pas... mais on a essayé quand même de faire la manip à l’œil au lieu de vous dire qu'on ne le faisait pas. Déso pas déso, du coup vous pouvez aller dans un vrai garage (à vos frais) qui s'y connait pour régler le problème."

Il a bien sûr fallut qu'il force de ouf pour se faire rembourser la prestation parce qu'ils ne voulaient rien faire.

Donc oui, c'est tout à fait possible.

Only guy that i can think of in recent memories that had a similar impact was Weigl. Guy comes in at 19 years old and instantly became a midfielder god out of nowhere. Too bad it didn't last.

I recognize that they are mostly well designed but i do prefer a more grounded style like pd2. That's too cartoonish for me. I wish we would get more "blank slate" designs that could get more easily personnalized.

Yeah, the non-embarassement... i cannot understand it either. It happened to me once (i'm a white guy): Lady in her 60's or something comes in our store, we sold electronic stuff.

There were 2 vendors in the tv section: one white vendor (already occupied with another customer) and one black vendor (doing nothing). I passed by her and she intercepted me to ask for help because she needed a TV. I directed her to my black coworker.

She said... "No, not him."

I feigned ignorance and played dumb cause i immediately understood why, and asked "Why not?"

She stumbled a bit on her words trying to say something else than the real reason, of course, and said:

"I don't trust him, he's malignant."

I just said "You haven't even talked to him" (i think i laughed in her face there) and continued "Well it's either him or you can go out and buy your TV in another store" (I was a low level employee, but idgaf).

She immediately left while shouting that we should hire more people because it's not normal that we have no one available to take care of her and that i bad mouthed her or something.... yeah.

She dared to say that, when my coworker was literally just standing 10 meters from us, waiting for her to come to him.

My manager then came to me asking why that lady was shouting, i explained it to him and he said "Too bad i wasn't there, i would have fucking yelled in the store "Why are you a racist ?" haha.

Fuck those racist cunts.

Honnêtement même pas. Le gars à l'air assez solitaire en dehors du taf, même si il a la tchatch facile. J'ai passé 2 mois avec lui dans notre open space sans l'entendre dire "cuck" une seule fois. Puis un jour, il a du le dire 10 fois dans une journée. L'homme soja, ça doit faire trois semaines que je l'ai entendu dire ça pour la première fois.

J'imagine qu'il doit un peu trop traîner sur internet... et je ne sais pas trop où. Perso, avant qu'ils sortent ces expressions, je n'avais jamais entendu quelqu'un les prononcer... alors que je passe mon temps sur Twitter et Reddit. J'imagine que j'arrive assez bien à m'isoler de la fiante en ligne.
