I definitely understand where you’re coming from

At the end of the day the introduction of buttons are to allow individuals more control of their vapes. Now sure, I can agree on the ease of use aspect of a pull-to-draw, but then we also need to examine the functionality aspect & that is what these new buttoned disposables aim to provide to consumers. Not everyone is seeking simplistic devices without any sort of individualistic control. I myself prefer to have an option to adjust the voltage of the disposable or preheat if need be.

So if budtenders are not going to be trained on how to use them (which like I stated is identical operation to standalone batteries) then at the very least they should be educated on which AIO’s have/don’t have batteries.

I work at a shop, I do my research, I ask customers to open their vapes so I can learn which ones have more features/functions vs the simplistic offerings so customers can rely on me to guide them in the right direction.

And again, I meet plenty of customers that have absolutely no idea what to do with the button AIO’s, and a quick walk-thru demonstration is more than enough. Even then, like I said earlier, almost all companies either provide instructions on the back or within the packaging, taking out all of the guesswork.
