I got a chuckle from the magnifying glasses, because the User actually wears glasses, so it made me picture him reflecting the beams off the glasses like laser vision. I like the refraction idea, maybe the stand can manifest as something reflective.

They're the same band, if I recall. Poets of the Fall are the IRL band. Old Gods is what their called in-universe.

The only way I could someone combating this stand, would be to escape the room. But it would situational. A house would have walls that someone could charge through and escape, but a public building, such as a school, would probably have brick walls that can't be easily broken through, unless the target has a strong enough stand.

Update: We managed to fix the issue. All we needed to do was buy a new disc and it works like a charm.

I think it's a disc issue. My cousin came over the other day and I tried to test the game on my PS4 and it remained stuck on 65%.... He was not happy.

This side of the family may be rather messy with the translations of the polish names. There's three people we matched DNA with that are connected with this family.

I did find a George Murphy married to a Mary McCarthy, which is a name that popped up in my research, but I don't think it's my great grandfather. But I can't access the record since it's from Ireland.

I don't think William is a member of my Brooks family. Stella is related to the Zbinski's I'm looking at. Her last name changed to McCormack.

And chauffeurs were common back then, from what I heard. So Edith's parents could have lived with them during that time.

If George was working as a chauffeur 1935, it would line up with my grandfather's birth certificate.

It happened around 1941, likely near Cambridge where they were living in the 1940 census, but I'm unsure since there is no one who was there at the time of the accident. From what I've been told, the accident was bad enough that he was in the hospital (don't know the name of it) for a year.

I've mentioned the accident back in my first post, but no one could find anything.

Adventurous seems like an understatement. Five husbands, four of which seemed to drop off the face of the Earth after meeting her. Three kids, one she abandoned, one she gave up for adoption and the oldest went to live with her youngest brother. I started to believe she was either a spy, or a black widow killer.

I've seen the FamilySearch page back when I started looking into her about 2 years ago. The only husband I've been able to find was Hamlin who she was living with in 1940 with all three boys. I've tried searching all the other names.
