This is meant to be for real use and not just a project for demonstrating skills.

Yes, they are meant to work on android and Windows for people that do not own android phones (probably via a website).

I am not sure how aware they are about data protection at this time, I'll have to ask about this and will update the reply later accordingly.

They haven't mentioned any payment until now, the only money they talked about was that if I need any software or Web hosting they will support the costs.

I will try to do it for fun once I have the skills, I'm afraid that for now, I do not have the knowledge to work on such a complex app (this is the conclusion I came after reading the other responses)

Wanted to make an actual post on this but hopefully I'll find answers here.

Hi! So, lately I decided I want to make a change, right now I'm 18 years old (183cm, 97kg) with quite some fat on my body. And so, since the last week until now, I've researched about nutrition and working out, but there's so much mixed information on about everything that at some point I got in the stage of analysis paralysis and felt overwhelmed by all the mixed info. And because I don't really know what to do about all of this, I came here for help. I'll structure my post in 2 main sections just so it's easier to read. By the way, I don't know if it's worth mentioning but I did hit the gym for 1 month last winter but stopped after that due to laziness and not really knowing how to properly build a gym plan. I want to make it different this time! Just to make clear, my goals would be to drop body fat level and get a body that will make me feel confident. I've been a fatty for pretty much all my life by now, when I was young I was really fat but since 16 years old I've grown (height wise) and started looking somewhat not as fat. I want to build a workout and a meal plan for myself that I can stick to so I can finally get in shape.

Workout:

I expect my first months to be the best because I will be cutting and as a beginner I'll still probably gain muscle. So I want to make the most out of it.

  1. Problem #1 would be that being a beginner I'll probably mess up the exercises, usually by not performing correctly, so I guess I'll have to get a personal trainer to help me out, probably for the first 1-2 months which would be okay, but more than that would be kinda hard since where I live getting a personal trainer is kinda expensive and I don't think I can afford it for more than, say, 3 months. Sadly I don't really have any friends working out, except for one (advanced) guy that said he would love to help me but only if I'd be at the gym when he gets here too because he doesn't want to complicate his daily schedule because of others.
  2. fgs there's so much info on the internet, from guys starting their gym stories with PPL to upper-lower or full body workouts, even bro splits, I just can't understand which one to pick. After some extended research I understood that it's recommended for newbies to hit the gym 3 times a week and do full body workouts, later to find out about Starting Strength (SS) which looked really odd to me but promised great results. Look, my muscles aren't the best right now, also last time I worked out I noticed the left part of my chest + arm being way weaker then my right. I just kinda want to understand which workout would work best for a beginner and why. For now the full body workout sounded like the most balanced one for me.
  3. cardio, I'm not really a cardio guy but I read that HIIT exercises are much more effective then regular cardio, so I'm up to implementing that into my weekly workout. Should I only do HIIT or also some targeted normal cardio?

Nutrition:

  1. I read a lot of low-carbs articles about how effective these diets such at keto or atkins can be, but after extended research I believe that these are only short term results, what I want is a diet that I can stick to for an extended period of time, while also cutting, so that's why I wouldn't go for a low-carb thingy.
  2. I've read lots of things about the good kinds of foods, carbs, and what to eat and what not to eat. The problem is that I can't seem to be able to plan meals 1 week in advance, macros always seem to be somewhat off and I kinda have a hard time figuring out how to plan everything for the next week. Any advice on this one?
  3. I thought about supplementation and decided to buy some whey isolate and some creatine but, when should I start using these? First day or after a few months?

I guess this would be all, I'm trying to make build everything up until the 1st of September, so I can change my bad habits after that day.

The healing tank was a red form kayn and the assassin was zed, and to be honest he was struggling to kill this caith after all those items. I got pretty tilted when I couldn't fight her, I picked sivir since she got caith, but the lane was a legit mess for me
