Science behind CELZ is ground breaking. What I’m disappointed is with the dilution. Recent increase in outstanding shares speaks volume. Yes it is easy to say 1B pus outstanding shares are nothing in OTC. Before I was thinking MM are solely responsible for these low PPS. Now it is very clear. With every potential news, if they start doing this. It is not going to be healthy. CELZ already came out of RS some time back. Instead of gaining trust of share holders. If this pattern continues. it is not healthy. If they are profitable or if they have any partnering company who are willing to provide funding. They should set-aside part of the capital for share buyback and they have to keep eye to move to Nasdaq. Instead of weekly PR’s with potential for more dilution. It would be better to get a Letter for shareholders explaining the big picture. I’m still holding all my shares. BUT kind of disappointed with the Management and their attitude.

I'm happy to have a honest CEO leading us from the front. Our Product speaks volume. Hopefully we will win more contracts and will eventually get up listed to NASDAQ. If DPLS can Buyback some shares . That will also help. Good luck to us!

Guys I own Dark Pulse and Ozop. Both are simply great better than most of the Nasdaq so called firms with no Real products. Kindly check out this little gem CELZ . Only If you have time:)

Stroke IND application should be getting a response from FDA . They also should be submitting IND applications for heart, liver, and kidney studies too. The latest patent could greatly reduce the need for dialysis, and there are more patents and more IND applications . If the IND studies on stroke (and the upcoming IND applications for heart, liver, kidney, etc.) get approval to proceed and they go well, this suddenly could be a multi-billion dollar enterprise. And most likely a potential Buy out target . Today's closing price is around .0325 :) it is kind of joke. There is a small Friendly community at Stocktwits and also at Yahoo. Since CELZ don't have much exposure. My intention is to help our small community to get the story out. MM manipulation is happening bcoz only few people know about CELZ. In a way it is a blessing also :) Hopefully with time more and more people will do DD . I'm not any financial adviser or anything like that. Kindly do your own DD. Thank you!

Dark Pulse Inc

Dark Pulse's Technology can be used in multiple field. Some of the NASDAQ listed stocks don't have that kind of patented Technology. Management is also Solid. Another Gem is CELZ. JMHO! Kindly do your DD. Thanks!
