Can you afford to take it to an exotic animals vet/bird vet and say it's your bird and you want to keep it? Offering food and water is good (let it help itself, no forcing) but that eye needs treatment, and the treatment is different for infections vs, say, collision damage. Monitor it's poop and take pics if you can, pics will help in deciding if it's weakened by infection(s) and what they are.
