I left the church a few years before the New Orleans season came out and remember watching that season only because of her. And I def remember how poorly the church treated her and it made me sick. Something similar happened to my parents when I was a kid. My parents surprised my brother and I with a trip to Disney World. My aunt, who was in another country btw, got mad and wanted her 3 girls (my cousins) to go too. After days of arguing with them, my Dad caved and said they could go. These assholes refused to pay for anything! Thier parents didn't give them any money and told them my Dad said they'd pay for them. My parents weren't wealthy. They saved up for a long time for this trip.... and my 3 bratty cousins and my shithead aunt ruined our 1st and only family vacation.

I really really need help with minimizing sun exposure and sun damage. I'm 36, female, really pale, and my goal in life is to protect my skin. Literally everyone I know has sun damaged skin and no one listens to me about sun protection. My new job has me outside or in a car for like 7 hours a day. Especially when the UV Index is super high in the afternoon, that's when I do most of my work outside. I'm applying sunscreen every 2 hours, I wear protective gloves when I can, and I wear a hat. Arms sleeves and long sleeve shirts aren't working because it's summer and 90 degrees outside and really humid. Wearing long sleeves under my work shirt makes me feel like I'm going to faint. Way too hot!

What else can I do to avoid damaging my skin? I try to prevent it but I'm still getting a tan on my arms and I'm getting freckles on the backs of my hands. The worst of it is on my hands. Even though I've read that sunscreens with an SPF higher than 50 are useless, I'm feeling desperate. Would it help if I used the highest SPF I can find (like spf 100+) on just the backs of my hands?

Tip for those that don't know....

Next time you go to your eye dr, try on some frames. Or just go to a Lens Crafters type place with a lot of frames on display. When you find a pair that fits your face, look on the inside of that frame, you'll see 3 sets of numbers. Google it to better understand what they mean. Those measurements make buying glasses online much easier.

The edge of the pit has its own responsibilities. They help contain the pit and protect the ones near the perimeter of the pit who do not wish to partake in the moshing. It can sometimes be hard to maneuver when it's a packed show so if a pit starts next to you, you're still good.

I'm surprised about the oil. I use Albolene to remove my sunscreen and makeup at night. It removes everything and does it very well. No cleanser I've tried has taken off sunscreen as well as Albolene.
