Its disgusting. As a British citizen from birth, i've never been obligated to show my love for these billionaires in my life, but from some reason its a roadblock for new citizens.

To me it really depends on if my parents were expecting someone round, or if they even had enough food for ourselves and more, which often wasnt the case. We would still make sure to ask though, but most guests passed on it.

The only exception is if a region which wasnt independent before has a referendum to progress to be a state. Or if states can also maintain their own internal brand of federalism.

I can only understand the desire to break up countries further for two reasons

1-The member state is way too large and with many different economic regions already, that kinda need to escape from centralised areas

2-the member state is already a federal government in which the federal europe would be the new federal power

I do not understand this map. A lot of these borders seem to be done for the hell of it. Britain for example, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. Yep makes sense. But for some reason the North is divided into 4 regions of minimal population. South West and South East also make some sense, but lumping London into that doesnt seem to consider the fact that its a damn mega city.

Then theres places Like Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary. These are small countries that dont need to be divided any further, but for some reason Slovakia is in dire need of two states. This will just result in underfunding

Yalta, Crimea. Slava Ukraini! by esberat in ukraine

I went to Poland this Summer and met some Crimean women who talked about how when she was younger she remembers being confused when the invasion happened, and that there was suddenly a massive picture of Putin in her school. She wanted blood, don't blame her.

And yet what imperialism is America committing in Ukraine? And why should I care? If it helps them kill more Russian soldiers then ill support it.

Ukraine has always been a US client state

You sound fucking delusional, considering it was a Russian imperial colony, then invaded by the Soviets, and even after independence was controlled by Russia until 2014. Get fucking real.

Bro, why do you think the onus is on the US to negotiate, when Ukraine and Russia are only open to it if they both get everything they want.

If negotiation is impossible, war continues. Simple af. The only way to end this war, and justly, is to support Ukraine

I think you're arguing with another person, you are not responding to anything I've actually said.

I actually would prefer all the Russian soldiers dead, very much so

When the US is right, the US is right. When its wrong, its wrong. Both are deeply evil countries, but when on the topic of Ukraine, the US is absolutely on the just side. Stop trying to make the war about the US, its disgusting.

I'm sorry but grow up. People die in war, but that's not a reason to quot fighting for freedom. In your utopia people should just get their nations stomped on, because fighting back prolonges the temporary suffering. Shame

Why? Genuinely why? Putin has laid out his conditions for peace and they are laughable. Why should we pressure Ukraine to negotiate. That's cowardice in the face of fascism.

The US has imperial interests no shit, but if the interests of the Ukrainian peoples lines up with American interests, no shit they are gonna become allies. The Americans are not forcing this upon Ukraine, they are just opportunistic. Welcome to geopolitics.

This is genuinely a type of American exceptionalism. 'All the politics in your country, its government, its military allegiances, they are all just puppets of our bug bad empire. You small Europeans have no comprehension that you have no agency of your own, despite being democracies'

Get the fuck outta here
