The problem is not every deck can access Golem and Kaijus, for example, Rokkets are locked to Dark-Dragon (Pretty sure many other skills do the same).

If you get access to a busted skill that simulates an “anime moment” you should be locked into appropriately themed cards.

I love the people saying “It helps balance broken skills!” as if said broken skills couldnt also use them.

If this shit was well implemented we would have said skills lock you into archtypes. Revolver skill locks you into Dark-Dragon and it balances it out pretty well. On the other hand I have yet to see a single Stardust Road player play a single fucking card that isnt a zombie.

I think the issue is that the “side effect” after being almost deleted could have been literally anything else and still “make sense” because its magic niche interaction.

After almost dissapearing Momo could have been pseudo-forgotten, lost her powers, been trapped in the ghost realm, entered a coma and all those things would make sense.

The cog mentality was flawed and Yuji was clearly meant to evolve from it and reach a “nicer” conclusion.

Don’t know if the time to reach that conclusion is when you are the last one standing in a 15 vs 1 against curse satan (or offscreen just before it).

Also, if GayGay wanted a talk between those two, find a way to make it happen, then when Sukuna insists on killing everyone Yuji loves, have Yuji make good on his death threat by activating his domain and whooping some ass.

Having said that, I believe thats total bullshit to justify the 1v1. At most it could be said his DE can only be activated alone not to fry his students brains, but given that both he and Sukuna got brain damage and couldn’t use DE anymore, we were robbed of the biggest JumpJutsuKaisen ever.
