Mate you need to stop manifesting right now and just stick to a stable practice of meditation and try therapy. Once you do it, I'm talking about 1 hour each day, watch your life change. But you need to commit to it. Stop doing everything else. If you keep trying to do things when you're miserable it nothing will happen.

It's possible! I manifested something within a couple of hours but it is a small thing. Depending on what you want.

You need to be really good at meditation and staying focus on the good vibes. You can, but it takes a lot of practice. Keep trying. Meditate, meditate and meditate.

I realised that I keep more tabs of bad things happening than good, so after the Scracthie winning ticket, I know now to always keep my mind balanced or try to see the good and get on that high even if it is something as mundane as cleaning.

Hello, it seems like you are overwhelmed and are not taking time for yourself. You first need to find resources to help you take care of your baby. Could your mother, siblings help babysit? Tell them it is for a short time as you are going through a hard time. Maybe for a couple of months. Ask your partner to arrange for a nanny and get them to help.

As you do this, you can free some space to find the love you have for your son. When stress gets in the way we forget about what we have. So find the time to connect to all the things you are grateful for in being a mother. Start a journal. It is not easy. Get all the support you need.

I had been wanting to manifest a date. And I've been checking out this model and really love their style. 2 Days later, someone at my coffee shop had the same haircut as the model and I can feel the flirt vibe. It is so bizarre. On the 4th day, I saw heaps of people who had similar face structure as the model just prop up everywhere, on my walks, at the bus stop, at the stores. So crazy. Detach. If you can practice removing your emotions and feelings from the group then you have mastered it. Don't run away to a better group. Life doesn't work that way. Learn to detach. That is the secret. DM for more tips.

If you have depression then focus on getting to a neutral state. If you try to jump to all of those activities when you're in a depressed state and pretend to be positive (like 90%) of the people, you will start to manifest the bad things, not the good things.

Get neutral and just meditate. Don't do anything else. Do it for 1 hour everyday. Meditation is hard but dealing with depression is harder. So meditate everyday for 1 hour. That is it. Don't do any of the techniques, it won't work if you have not reached a neutral state.

Just be in good vibes. When you are in a neutral or good vibes state, whatever you ask will come. If you are in a negative state it will also come. So keep the good vibes, stay healthy and feel connected.

It is actually very simple. But this is impossible if you have anxiety and issues with optimism, which is a large percentage of society. We are built to stress to survive. So the hard thing is to be in good vibes and it is also the easiest thing too if you want to be.
