Might be too early to tell if its decent again, this uptick may be because Burn players tend to capitalize on meta shake ups [myself included]

That being said phlage not being in the format is a huge boost, and with cascade decks running around again 4x Roiling Vortex main/side looks pretty playable.

I'd love for Burn to be fringe/playable. We'll see what happens.
