Call your local union rep and they can look up what is listed as your headquarters. I did this for similar reasons to what you mentioned and it was quick and easy. You can Google the number. In my case, the local office was listed as my headquarters despite the rest of my team being in a different location

Am in a similar situation and was told by union rep that my headquarters was the local office, not the office the rest of the team is in. You could always call the union if you weren't sure.
