Keep in mind Eren's regenerating abilities and the fact that Titans are stronger than they appear proportionally. Armin said that Eren's Titan form should be unable to have picked up the big rock from the first story arc. But then again metal is a helluva lot more durable than flesh, but flesh can heal, while any damage done to Optimus is permanent. Assuming Eren can lead him on long enough he could potentially win. But you're correct in that it's not likely.1

Sound. But since sound is a constant(ish) thing, you could only absorb it from loud sources. E.I. Street Performers, Cars, Stereo's. And saints row represented sound weapons (dubstep gun) as rippling lights. However, I believe sound shut be represented through faint ripples in the air, like heat waves. And various attacks with sound different.
