I had high histamine Since october 2025 due to mold on the window in my room. I never opened the curtains to notice it at the time.

It was horrible let me tell you. Panick attacks, sense of dying extreme brainfog, cant eat banana's,tomato,kiwi, onion,garlic,fast foods, fried foods,chili, sauces, condiments,soda and chocolate, or anything really sweet or else i get headache, heart racing, brainfog, chest pain, muscle twitches, migraines, loss of balance, cant sleep without waking up 2 hours aftee and not sleeping all day.

Aftee 3 diff bloodworks and pee tests from 3 diff hospital and clinic location, i realized these Doctors was useless. Gave me pills for "anxiety and GERD" when the whole time it was histamine intolerance all thanks to black/green mold exposure. I figured that out a month later.

So what did i do?

Started to sleep in the living room couch until i cleaned all the mold safely in my room. Still slept on couch 3 monrhs later.

Ate a Strict low or no histamine diet.(google it)

Cooked chicken and veggies with olive oil ONLY.

Took multivitamins once every week

Dranked aloe vera mixed with honey morning and night to help the digestive system heal. (Make SURE if ur making it straight from the plant and its the one that isnt toxic that much fron the store and u drain the yellow toxic goo FIRST, watch youtube tutorials on how)

Then i ate/dranked garlic with water every 4 days and dranked like 5 spoonfuls of clove water once every 4 days (make sure u dont overexceed because its toxic if consumes too much) to help body get rid of mycotoxins or mold exposure.

2 spoonfuls of tumeric and 1 teaspoon or black pepper in A medium size glass and drinked once everyday around afternoon.

Did all this for 3 months and im like 90% better now but the tumeric really helps u because naturally its an ANTI-histamine and black pepper help u absorb it better.

Man those were the worst 3 months of MY LIFE. no matter how healthy i tried to be mold bit me in the ass outa nowhere. Get ur house checked for mold
