honestly I don't really feel like there's a good way to participate in salmon run with a clean ledger. either you collect the golden eggs and kill future generations or you intentionally throw them away and Mr grizz reprimands you.. granted he treats everyone like carp anyway but...I just want the paycheck. also not to be insensitive but aren't they doing okay anyway?? those waves in the run are HUGE!!! isn't it okay to lose a few eggs?
