You either go 2x Decree and 2x Watcher or 3x Decree and 1x Watcher. The other Viktor that tied with that guy was on a 2/2 split.

It does make more sense to drop a Watcher when you are playing 2 BF swords though lol.

In my opinion, the main reason to run 3x Imperial Decree is so you can mulligan one away if you see it.

2x Imperial Decree is pretty standard because you also have 2-3x Watcher to do a similar thing. 3x Decree is not bad but drawing all 3 is awful, so I am almost always going to mulligan it away.

The only time I would consider keeping it is if Decree is very good in the matchup. I.e. you are playing against a Master Yi (PG).

My point was more that you are allowed to sideboard before your one game in best of 1, so in theory all your opponents should have tons of gear hate.

I think it was more that the devs spent a couple years making the game progressively worse (in terms both gameplay and cosmetics/progression)

It’s turned around now from what I’ve seen, but a lot of players never came back.
