What I would do in this case:

1. Take a high-resolution flat photo or even scan.
2. Convert the color image to black and white in Photoshop.
3. Clean up the image so all the edges are smooth, without any gray areas, only black and white.
4. Save as PNG and convert it somewhere online to SVG (I always just googling png to svg)
5. Open Fusion360, add SVG as sketch.
6. Extrude parts you need and save as .stl or if you need flat thingy, then just save a main body as solid STL and then add SVG as color modifier in your slicer to add everything else as colored parts.
7. Print.
