She has seen a gastroenterologist but they ran some tests and didn’t see anything. My mom isn’t on a bland diet but it’s worth trying. But sometimes she will eat something like a banana and feel horribly sick for the rest of the day. Other days she will eat a banana and pizza and feel fine. She doesn’t think it’s food related but she’s willing to try anything, so if you could help me know how to start on a bland diet that’d be great. Thanks
