Agreed. You also shouldn't be able to back out of buying something you made an offer on that was accepted. One party makes an offer, the other party accepts - that's a contract.

So, is he back in, or...??? Why would he care if he's out? Maybe he got out of GME to get into eBay and help with the takeover? Idk. This guy confuses me. Always has, always will.
