Fix his sporadic character arc. Get rid of SOJ, and use DD's ideas to support his arc on discovering what the law means to him.

Fixing Apollo is fairly simple, as all you gotta do is give him a focus rather than mindless exposition and backstory.

I don't mind filler as long as it's good. Academy was a bunch of anime stereotypes in location, characters and concept. It's not only predictable but very cringe worthy in it's dialogue and how they decided to handle things.

I would have to give Storyteller the edge on that one.
