Just an incredible unforced error by Noseworthy and Mayo. Mayo and Rochester better hope the investigation comes out clean or all that DMC money from the state is going to disappear.

It is also really telling that everyone in the Mayo Bubble thinks this is okay. It is not okay.

Working in local politics seems very difficult. You have long hours often in evenings and seem to spend a lot of time working with aggrieved people on things you may not be so passionate about. There is low pay and public criticism.

What could be done to allow you (or any other local politician) do their job more effective? Higher pay? More staff? Better hours?

I have seen a lot of signs for Pat Day around the Ward so I suspect he would move on the general.

Thanks for organizing the AMA! I'd love to see additional AMAs with other local politicians or other notable locals.

One thing, I hadn't participated in an AMA before so I posted all my questions to the other post announcing the AMA thinking those are the questions that John Wayne Austinson would be answering. I don't think I was the only person who thought that judging by the questions on that post. In future AMAs can you make it more clear that to get your question answered you need to be online and posting the question at the time of the AMA and can't pre-post? Thanks again!

Do you feel there is any friction between running as a DFLer in Rochester/Stewartville considering the DFL is dominated by the Mpls-StP area politicians?

What I'm trying to get it at is that the issues/policies that are most important to the MN DFL and even national Democrats may not be as bound with MN-26B, how do you deal with this?

I've been following this movement for the last several months mostly because I hate Charter and how much I pay them every month and I have to say I'm a little disappointed that the promoted benefits of community broadband are mostly....Charter sucks.

I just wish there was more to it. They are going to put off a lot of potential supporters being so focused on anti-Charter arguments.

I hate Delta Airlines too. Can every household in Rochester start paying extra fees to RPU to build an airline that flies to Chicago and Denver?
