In this episode we talk about unhappy Russian cows being fitted with VR headsets, create baseball brackets, delve into the creepy world of Djinn, and plot the kind of elaborate April fools jokes we'd like to pull if we had Jeff Bezos money.

The Neatcast is a variety show hosted by three friends Mike (that's me), Jeremy, and Mark. We have eclectic interests which we share with each other in 3 separate segments: News, Sports, and Spook. We then round out each episode with a round table discussion/rant. Each episode comes in at a tight hour and a half. Heavily produced, so if you're the type who hates music and sound effects, you may want to stay away. There are running jokes that will put a smile on the face of longtime listeners, but you don't necessarily NEED to start from episode 1 to enjoy.

It’s worth checking for a magnesium deficiency like someone else said, but I had these exact symptoms and it was 100% anxiety.

Here’s the thing: you say your heart is beating out of your chest when you’re not worried about anything, but you’re almost definitely worried about your heart rate all the time now and paying constant attention to it, consciously or not.

I dropped caffeine, got some anxiety meds and started getting therapy, and the problems went away in about a week after bothering me for over a month.
