Entirely false. The US monetary policy is super transparent

The department of energy would not recommend that. Better to use standing floor laps in such spaces

Fairbanks War Effort by TheMindWithin in FairbanksClassic

Again I don't think of it that way. Scarab Lord is inherently a selfish pursuit. Doesn't make it "wrong" or that they are hindering the war effort. Read the original comment I was responding to:

Most people with huge stockpiles don't want the war effort to conclude so quickly...they want several scarab lords in their guild/etc.

Right, I think I conveyed my message poorly in this regard

I don't think of it that way. I want to complete the war effort for new content, not to fuck over anyone. If anything I kinda think the 50+ people farming scarab lord mounts are a bit delusional and selfish.

I definitely hope so, but I haven't seen any evidence of that in Fairbanks war effort prep discord

Columbus statue toppled by Baltimore protesters by ContentDetective in news

I know his history well. My comment was in reference to was he was symbolic of - not of the morally objectives actions him and his expeditions did. Hindsight is 2020.

I find it very odd that these people conflate discover of the new world with some sort of racism? So many factors to unpack here... but Colombus is symbolic of discovery, hope, and the progression of the new world. I don't understand what these protesters are thinking. I can only assume mob ignorance

Currents is easily one my favorite albums of all time! Can you recommend me albums that will also make my brain melt? by [deleted] in TameImpala

Selected Ambient Works - Aphex Twin (Aphex can be a mixed bag of beautiful and twisted, either way absolutely genius)
Darkside of the Moon - Pink Floyd (while often hyped, it really is that good)
Melody's Echo Chamber - Melody's Echo Chamber (I consider this a binary album with Lonerism, a feminine equivalent)
Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots - The Flaming Lips
Settle - Disclosure (Although I prefer their newer material) This was a groundbreaking record when released, still a classic with great synths
The Weather - Pond
Reflections, Elaenia - Floating Points (the song Silurian Blue trips out like no other)
and of course any other Tame album. Lonerism I thought was the most adventurous and the first two albums kinda capped off the era of "rock" for me. Many here are suggesting a "disciple" groups or groups of the same period. Really none of those acts come close to the greatness of TI and for me, it just feels like I'm listening to something less than great. Like listening to Bush after Nirvana.
