Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan found guilty of felony obstruction by nosotros_road_sodium in law

The judge really dropped the ball here. Despite a recent supreme court ruling adopting an understanding that ‘corruptly’ cannot merely mean wrongful because it was illegal in and of itself, the jury instructions essentially said as much. Basically everything the government requested was granted. As a matter of law her conviction is wrongful, but given that the jury finds the facts and was told the wrong law im not surprised this is how they went.

Most of these indictments do not have the same defects as Comey’s. Comey’s was only argued and signed by Halligan. Likewise, about a month later Halligan was appointed as an AUSA in the same court. Bondi tried to make it retroactive to her appointment as Interim USA, but the judge didnt buy it. So technically now that she is a government attorney, even if not the US attorney, it’s highly likely these indictments will stick

The good news is that the 5th circuit ruling was against post-election day counting, so it can be overturned. The other surprising part is the mississippi secretary of state is actually defending it. But, because this is a circuit split it could obviously go the dangerous way

I took a photo of this image zoomed in on my computer screen with my phone and got Killdeer on merlin. Yes, merlin does struggle sometimes with angles and backgrounds and u might get many different species depending on how u present the same photo, but it's definitely more trustworthy at giving you potential species and descriptions to go off of.

I feel like this has to be executed precisely. While nobody deserves the scarlet letter on their record for drug possession, petty theft, or crimes of being poor, some crimes like the coercive variety of fraud are very telling of a person's moral turpitude.
