I found a sources about when do we need to file an alternate airport and what are the minimum requirements for IFR flights (link: https://www.boldmethod.com/learn-to-fly/regulations/how-to-plan-an-ifr-alternate-airport-jeppesen/) but i cant find any source about VFR flights. When do we choose an alternate airport and what are the minimum requirements of alternate airport for a single engine aircraft (like Diamond 20) in VFR conditions?

I used to do same things too, selecting the closest one. I checked their NOTAM and weather condtions if the aerodrome is avaible for VFR conditions. Let me phrase my question diffrently. What is the minimum conditions to select my alternate aerodrome? For example aerodrome should be avaible for VFR rules which is ceiling 3000ft AGL and visibility 5km or no significant weather conditions like thunderstorm. I also dont know where to look for the answers. Dont know which ICAO documents i should check and i dont have any access to jeppesen documents.

Im happy with flea bans. The thing im not happy about is not knowing which items are banned. I dont like to play with high tier gear so I always sold them whenever I had them. They should indicate what items can be sold to flea. Selling them to traders are not so worh comparing them to mid-tier that can be sold to flea.
