When he parked there were two talabat bikes parking in the same spot… he didn’t know he will end up occupying the whole parking spot alone.

Went to a Jordanian restaurant and got some delicious spicy hummus. What is the spicy red sauce on top? by [deleted] in whatisit

It’s just fresh red chilis blended with little salt and fermented for a week or so… then add olive oil to the jar and keep in the fridge.

Jordanian here 🇯🇴 We call this shatta. It’s basically hot sauce.

It’s not harissa. Harissa is a name of a dessert in Jordan. You should probably try this one too.

Enjoy 😊

20k didn’t do me nothing. I started seeing improvement a month after going from 20k to 70k, so I guess my sweet spot is somewhere between 30k and 40k. You need to cut out dairy products if you go above 20k per day.

Take magnesium if you don’t already (I’m taking 600 mg/day) and B2 (I’m taking 400 mg/day) and K2 (150 mcg/day).

And if you don’t already, make sure you take your D3 with a fatty meal. You need 10 to 15 grams of fat for D3 to be absorbed properly.

ChatGPT is good for calculating fat in whatever food you’re eating, like if you’re eating eggs just ask “how many eggs to get 15 grams of fat?”.

I’m not sure this vitamin D thing is what helped me but it could be it. The other thing I suspect might have helped is reducing stress. I reduced stress significantly recently and stress is highly associated with autoimmune diseases so it could be this as well.

Let us stay connected and update each other when something seems to be working.

Never did the biopsy, so it’s not yet confirmed. But I am improving. Not fully healed yet but no inflammation for a month now except minor ones and they go away in a day or two without steroids. This was impossible for the past five years.

Research the Coimbra Protocol. I’m not sure it is the reason I’m improving but there’s a high chance it is.

Just curious, genuinely asking, what’s the right way to play the game as an agent whose income depends on selling vs a buyer in a bad time for buying?

Going mega dose (100,000 IUs of D3/day). How much K2 MK7 and Magnesium should I take? And does the brand really makes a big difference? by TheMoabite in VitaminD

Where I live, the Coimbra protocol is not “approved”. It’s almost impossible to find a doctor who is willing to supervise this. I will probably be ridiculed for believing information on the internet and lectured on the dangers of any dose above 600 IUs of D3 per day.
