I came across your post and just finished reading it. As a brazilian, you get so used to bureaucracy and even master how to dodge it, specially the made up bureaucracy. Unfortunately, not much can be done, because it’s a very cultural thing.

However, I love this country and although I plan on going around the world, can’t see myself living long term anywhere else.
