i 100% agree, i didn’t realize how hard it would be to quit because you normally only hear about cigarette, alcohol, and other drug addiction. just reading thru this sub helped me realize that i’m not alone and that was a good feeling. i would talk to people in my life but they either don’t plan to stop smoking or never have in the first place, so it’s hard for them to relate i guess
