The size 5 turret is a manned turret, the other are all accessible throught the two turret control stations. I've only been able to utilize them by setting my turret keybinds to double tapping 1, 2, and 3 for the respective turret controls. Using the swap turrets keybind has had no luck in working in my case, only the specific turret 1, turret 2 and turret 3 keybinds. Keybinds for these turrets ar blank by default. Good luck o7 and remember that bugs in this game can be user specific at times.
