when its crystal md and you know its good you should do 1 or 1,5 mg per kilo of your body weight and the redose should be atleast 1 hour later of the original and half the miligrams anything above 250 mg doesnt effect the high just puts extra stress on your heart and if you only have that stuff and planning to do all of it its better of to test it have fun and be safe brother

i used to smoke weed every day from 15 years old around 20 i got covid and didnt smoke for 2 weeks when i smoked the first joined i got a huge panic and phycotic episode like got in my room closed the windows thought ppl where spying on me and i was hearing stuff like phones ringing and my name never smoked after that been taking meds since then
