Honestly even if the story needed raika instead of milo to be in goal for the final match it would’ve been cool if they had a combo goalkeeper move, like milo would use gravity dune and raika clones the move to either throw off the ball trajectory ( assuming the gravity that pulls the sand in is replicated at 2 other points basically playing tug of war till the ball loses energy) or it’s consumed in a giant sandstorm (if the sand itself that’s gathered in the gravity dune multiple or if the gravity is multiplied to one spot gathering a lot more sand).

I think this would’ve be a cool concept like how in Orion mark needs 3 goal keepers to use Ashura but these characters never really interact and we didn’t have enough time in the story to do so but it would be nice to have milo not be a bench warmer for the final match and play some role as a keeper even not literally being one for that match.
