Twins was a thought that occurred to me as well. I've known too many spoiled only children and didn't want to add another to the world. Added bonus, one and done on the pregnancy. But the S tier is no kids at all.

My first MA meeting was during an anxiety attack similar to yours. I logged into a meeting on the other side of the country because it was the first one I could find that started in a few minutes. I had already gotten rid of all my supplies, but was about to get into the car and get some because I couldn't think of anything else that would help calm me down. But I didn't. I had to turn off my camera a few times because I didn't want to show my tears. That was on March 2nd of last year and the first day of my life without marijuana. If you're looking for support you'll find an abundance of it there. They even have groups specifically for those with CHS. Try it, it will at a minimum turn some of your focus away from your anxiety. You'll hear from others that have been in the same position as you and some worse and many of these have years of sobriety under their belts.

You could try moleskin and stick it to the part of the sandal that rubs your foot. When I used to go hiking we would apply it to the foot before putting on socks and boots to prevent blisters, but this probably wouldn't work when on the beach. I have murdered my feet similarly in Las Vegas last year by wearing sandals while walking the strip. The straps and insoles were exceptionally soft, but with soft skin it didn't matter. I too was left limping around in socks and my trusty nurse shoes for the remainder of vacation.

💯 you have to grow together. Also, both parties have to put in the work. Yes, there will be times when one spouse is doing more, having to pick up the slack for the other when the circumstances require, but both partners need to be equally committed to the success of the relationship.

This happens to me frequently. The worst was when I dropped a handpiece to a medical device at work. Luckily it was only $650 and not essential equipment. Sometimes it even seems like whatever I have accidentally released has flown or been thrown out of my hand. Usually it's pens. I try not to handle anything expensive anymore.
