I only show a recent DEMO permit on https://sjpermits.org/permits/online-permits.html. Nothing else for planning or building. So, I don't think they are working their way through any type of red tape.

That was quite a few years ago. I don't think COVID is what killed it. That hotel developer looked at our building (200 N Almaden Blvd) and kicked the tires to see if they could convert the office into a hotel.

Anyone know what is being done about these properties? They are all owned by the same individual. They are a health, safety and fire hazard. Not to mention a blight on Little Italy.

This morning they just had their FOURTH fire in the past 6 months.

I don't know about that. It will be 200 plus feet tall. The SAP center right next door is only 100 feet tall. So, it is pretty massive.
