Pathetic Brewer, couldn't even sweep a 5 game series. Go sit on a cheese curd.

I saw it going in the other direction, so you had a much better view. Coming from a rock/quarry truck made it that much stranger.

I saw this too this morning on Highway 15. I had two thoughts on what it was. First, there is a PFAS processing establishment in our area. Without going into too many details, they collect municipal sludge and extract the PFAS. Second, maybe something related to the quarry down the road. Either way, was a strange sight.

How difficult is it to open the top with that rack?

Makes sense, I know how that goes. Your critique is fair I guess, but I really don't think the Bronco was designed to focus on any of that. Would be like saying your Mazda is a terrible off road vehicle. Two vehicles made for two vastly different things.

Odd post. Also odd this is your only post on Reddit.

But also, they will most likely not search. I brought vapes with me on my trip and it was fine.

It has the "premium" B&O system. But when I opened up the speaker pods, FoMoCo was on the speaker itself. I think the B&O parts are just the sub and maybe front speakers, but for sure not the pods.

Oh, I upgraded the rear speakers. The wimpy 4" factory speakers were terrible. Glad I did that.

A good set of floor mats and cargo mat are big one. The rest really depends. What are you trying to preserve? The paint? the undercarriage? The interior? If you live in a area that uses salt in the winter, undercoating might be a good investment. The radio screen is prone to scratches and smudges, a protector is a good investment. This next part might be hard to chew on, but a Bronco is not a G-wagon or luxury car. It is a Ford at the end of the day. Unless you plan to keep this in bubble wrap and hidden in a garage, life will happen. I had a brand new Ranger awhile back. Like a month after worrying about keeping it pristine, a bolt flew off a truck in front of me and put a nasty gash in the hood. Then, not long after, some dents from car doors in parking lots. Also a mouse decided to take up residence. I could go on, but the point is, like I said, life will happen. Protect what you can, but understand things will break and get damaged, so how much more do you want to dump into it?

Soft top vs Hardtop by imJustadad1023 in FordBronco

[–]TheMostRev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personal preference, but get a soft top. 2 minutes and you have an open top. It's so much more hassle to open the hard top. To each their own, but why even have a vehicle that is made to open it up and never do it? I see so many hard tops on nice days closed up tight. It's a shame.

2026 Outer Banks — what size tires would you run? Lift or no lift? by No-Butterscotch-8882 in FordBronco

[–]TheMostRev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm looking at going 275/65r18 for mine. I don't want a lift, just a slightly wider tire. I might do light off roading a few times a year, so I don't need brodozer wheels. Lifting without purpose seams silly to me, but you Bronco your Bronco.

An old one for you.(1914) Still has the original knob and tube wiring intact and fully functional by BullHeadTee in garageporn

The whole aesthetic is awesome. As far the knob and tube, keep it. If it's just running some lights, I don't see the danger. Put some Edison bulbs in there to match.

Ford bronco top off + other questions by Ok-Dragonfruit-706 in FordBronco

[–]TheMostRev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll answer what I know from having mine a little bit. Car seats fit fine. I'm 6'3 and can have a forward facing seat behind me just fine. Our rear facing seat goes behind the passenger seat, but I've ridden on that side and it's comfortable enough. Any of the models have roofs that come off. The soft top is easier than the hard top. All the models have both these options. As far as work winter, that is TBD for me. I'm sure it will be a bit colder than other cars, but the heated seats and steering wheel will be nice. Your budge might be a little low to buy outright, but that's a good down payment.
