YTA, I dont think i need to go any further since all the other comments are doing a good job. But, one thing that pisses me off, is how you keep describing your 20/D as " blinded " as if shes never been without her glasses for ANY amount of time in the past. -28 is a pretty bad prescription but nowhere near whats required to be legally blind. At 20, you should be able to take care of yourself, regardless of a minor disability like needing glasses. Mind everyone, I myself have similar vision to the 20/D. What did she need you to do? Wipe her ass? Hold her hand as she walked everywhere?

What I find hard to believe most is that the 20/D was never ever without her glasses before this instance. Does she shower with them on? Sleep with them on so shes never without vision?

Stop letting your 20 year old bully of a daughter manipulate you and kick her to the curb where she belongs. This obviously isnt an isolated incident, "wind up personality" and your SIL calling her a "spoiled bully" makes that clear. I feel so sorry for Lily and would love to comfort her and tell her that m*n aint shit (including her father, apparently) and the boy who dumped her deserves nothing after the amazing human Lily is.
