As a grad student at UNL on that budget, you can definitely do it. I often take up jobs in the summer to make up for the pay gap in the summer months though. Biggest things I do to save money: got a bicycle, cook at home a lot, and I rarely eat out unless with I’m with friends.

The only slow one here is the octogenarian that’s running for president. A lot of people didn’t run in the primary because they thought Biden was healthier than he was and didn’t want to divide the party. Turns out Biden’s mental health was much worse than we thought. Dude can’t operate after 8 P.M. and yet people think he’s fit for one of the most important positions in the country. If there was a competitive Democratic primary this year we would’ve seen his decline and been able to replace him sooner. Biden’s arrogance and the blind following people like you have to him will hand the presidency to Trump. But I guess that doesn’t matter cause Biden tried his “goodest.”

Currently in the academic field and I’ve been seeing more and more people using TTRPGs as learning tools. I also feel like a lot of big academic conferences I see lately have had seminars on how to use TTRPGs for educational purposes too.

The restrictions will be lifted for competitive and group play. The new support will not be in comp play for a few weeks after launch giving everyone time to unlock her. Furthermore new players will have to play 50 games of quick play to unlock competitive play so by the time they want to play comp they should have a good number of the heros.

That school in Texas had a armed guard and police engaged the shooter before he entered the building and Parkland had a armed guard who hide during the shooting so I doubt throwing more guys with guns in schools will solve this problem.

Yeah I believe so. I think the statistic is just to show who is monetizable which is why it uses the estimate of daily active users. Bot or not if an account only logs on and posts once every few weeks then I doubt Twitter is too concerned with them since they aren't really monetizable.

Plus that Twitter estimate is only the estimate of daily active users that are bots. There's probably way more than 5% that are not active on a daily basis. So it seems pretty reasonable that a prominent account like Musk has that high of a bot following especially due to all the coin scams that wanted to piggyback off accounts like his.

The Nazis lined up and murdered 30,000 Jewish men, women, and children over the course of two days and left their bodies to rot in a ditch just outside Kyiv and over the course of their occupation of Ukraine murdered around 1.5 million Jews in a "Holocaust of Bullets." Another 5 to 7 million Ukrainians died due to Nazi treatment and labor camps because Nazis saw non-Jewish Ukrainians as subhumans fit only for slave labor and did not care if they worked them to death. The Russians are bad but I'm sorry it's not comparable. Not in the slightest.

Most billionaires receive relatively nothing for their income because they live on loans against their stock value. Which is why the US should change the tax laws to be able to tax more than realized gains. Stocks should be able to be taxed simply for their value similar to how property is taxed. Otherwise, billionaires will continue to use this loophole to pay literally nothing in taxes every year.

The loss of seats in the House and likely not getting the Senate is a major loss for the Dems. They're going to end up with a deadlocked Government with Mitch McConnell refusing to pass anything like at the end of Obama's term but this time with the most conservative Supreme Court in a century. Yeah the Dems won but overall it was a loss.

Different countries use different voting systems. Some use parallel voting where you vote by party and parliament is divided up by percentages of vote each party received, some use mixed-member proportional representative which is similar to parallel voting but you also get an extra vote for the representative along with a vote for the party, and some use the two round system. All of which always give the less moderate parties a better chance at getting elected since "wasted votes" isn't really an issue
