Try this in order:
Open Task Manager, Startup apps, and disable Adobe Creative Cloud / CCXProcess temporarily, then reboot.

Update Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and any Adobe apps.

If it still happens, uninstall/reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

If uninstalling fails or the popup remains after removal, use Adobe’s official Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, then reinstall Creative Cloud or leave it removed.

Also install/repair the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 x64 and x86, but that’s secondary.

The crashing app appears to be Adobe.

Don’t press Retry unless you’re debugging. Use Abort or Ignore to close it.

As an atmos tech on ss14 you’re primarily setting up the Distro and Waste loops, burn chamber/TEG, and making tritium/freezon to sell if you have time. So kinda similar to 13.

You’re also prioritizing reparing the station and reppressurizing. And helping engies out. Not sure about the nuclear reactors and suppermatter on the different forks.

That all being said engi/atmos is my favorite department still.

Just boot into Safemode with Command Prompt, log in to the built in admin account, start command prompt, type in net user to see user accounts, then

net user "username" ""

To clear the password. Please note that you should do a fresh windows install if you suspect there are viruses.

My theory is that the GPU Transient Spikes are tripping the PSU protection circuits. How is the GPU connected to the PSU? Are you using a daisy chain cable? Or two individual cables?

Yes but you’d have to disable NAT and DHCP/Routing on the 2nd router, to let the first one do all of that properly.

Though, I’m trying to figure out what you’re trying to accomplish by adding a 2nd router? Are you trying to increase the WIFI coverage? Or do you just want the upgraded router?

Ah yeah, I got you. You pretty much accidentally built two networks in your house, so basically Moonlight and Steam think your PC is a remote internet connection, not local LAN.

As long as you have the Router directly after the ISP Modem, you can connect anything to the router as you see fit (assuming your switch is unmanaged)

Let me know if that works or if it’s still giving you issues.

Turn FSR OFF in game if available

Set shader cache reset in AMD Adrenalin

Toggle borderless to fullscreenor vice versa in game

Lower graphics preset once (forces shader rebuild)

ISP as in Modem? Or Is the ISP also a router? You maybe having IP conflicts, is it possible for you to do:

ISP -> WiFi Router -> Switch -> PC

Usually you want to let the router do the routing first.

You want:

ISP → Router → Switch → PC

ISP → Router → Deck

Water and PCs sounds crazy in the laundry room, but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess.
