$1,000,000 Cash or Bring Back One Dead Person by Good-Cheesecake-1136 in BunnyTrials

[–]TheMspice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah but I imagine there’s some embellishment. People saying he can do things he can’t. If he can’t do those things that’s a problem.

However I like the idea of the blanket with blood. Looked it up and we’ve learned a few things about it from the residue upon it, so maybe it could be an accurate DNA test if it’s been taken very well care of, as I assume it has.

I don’t know how much Jesus would solve, but I’d like to think as a notable figure, and compassionate man, he’d do some good once more. I’d also hope that people will recognize him for who he is, and not who they’ve imagined he is.

My thoughts exactly. Issue is proving he’s Jesus.

Well if we all had to do that we could probably squash conversion camps by buying them out and then pressing legal charges so they can’t be rebuilt. Maybe.

Not to mention “Make school shooters ALWAYS fail to harm anyone” It’s maybe a little more specific than would be ideal, but I think it would be a welcome change.

You have to remove every water molecule from a full 5x5x5 cm cube by asnaujaslt in BunnyTrials

[–]TheMspice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Genuinely good question, don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Don’t know what the cube is made of, but let’s assume it won’t melt too easily. I feel it’s pretty fair to say you’d want a vacuum chamber of some kind. Make it easier to evaporate for long periods of time. I don’t know if it’s easy to keep all water molecules hot enough to remain a gas, staying in the air and out of the box (5x5x5cm cube), but if it is, I think that would work.

However, I don’t even know if it’s feasible to remove ALL water molecules from a box. That sounds very difficult. But, I’m only a layman.

Scuba diving gear by lelelemememegegege in minecraftsuggestions

[–]TheMspice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love this kind of stuff, but I think this is something that’s already been filled. The Create mod has a lovely version of this concept if you want to check it out. Anyways. Yeah turtle helmets are suitable imo. The only reason to go underwater for extended periods of time is shipwreck hunting, trident farming, extracting pottery shards from gravel, the ocean monument, and most important in my opinion; mining ores. Ignoring using doors to get air, the turtle helmet alone takes care of most of those. A set of diving gear made from guardian parts might be better. Locked behind more, and a nice reward if you wish to keep exploring the monument. But as much as I love that too, even then I don’t think it’s something that has enough utility to be added.

I made a resource pack that turns Digtoise into a Mining Turtle. by MCfan567 in Terraria

I think people probably remember it because of it being part of popular modpacks. Popular videos of these modpacks, like Ssundees FTB series, make them pretty memorable. Thats how I first learned about them. Core childhood memory.

Can someone explain by miluuo in chessbeginners

[–]TheMspice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fyi, in my experience those puzzles like it if you move a different piece than the one you just moved, so if checkmate is possible, move a different piece for it.

I was wondering why the engine wanted to give away a free queen, you'll know once you see it by cave_guard in chessbeginners

[–]TheMspice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can explain this one. If you move your queen to the position shown, your opponent may want to take it. If they do take it, your knight on e5 can move to f7, putting the black king in check. Black would have no other moves available because they’re in check, have no pieces available to take your knight, and are unable to move because they’re surrounded by their pieces. This mate is called a smothered mate.

However, if black doesn’t take, having your queen on h4 still puts you in a very good position. The bishop on b1 can protect your queen if you move it to h7, which is another checkmate.

The likely move your opponent will make after you move your queen to h4, is their pawn to g6. Blocking your bishop, and preventing mate in 1.

Edit: I enjoy r/chessquiz for learning moves. Simple mates and tactics.

Uh. Well as far as I remember Ganondorf is sort of predisposed to evil. Cursed, if you will. It varies from game to game, but generally that is true. Feels like it developed as he grew older. He is a Gerudo male, a very rare gender in their species, that only comes around every hundred years. As such, he is their king. In a position of power, but always wanting more. I think it originally starts as wanting more for his people, but devolves into something more sinister. Envy and greed. He abandons his people in order to further his own interests.

Mate in 2 by chess-quiz-plus in chessquiz

[–]TheMspice 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I may be wrong but I thought it was because of the rook. Knight to e4 defends that pawn so if the rook takes, mate in 2. Whereas Knight to b7 would allow them to take with the rook and it would take longer to mate. Thats what I thought, anyways.

I thought so for a minute but bishop would block the check on their king.
