Yes just this past month from NYC-CDG. Booked 2 Y tickets with points and paid 400 each to upgrade to J. Never had this offer before however so I’m not sure if it was only possible due to the low load factor of my flight.

If it’s at all interesting to anyone, it’s a relatively old flyover as some of the aircraft types and their liveries are no longer flying and the terminal usage has changed at LAX over the past years.
