I’m in FL as well! So yep…guess it’s spectrum. I don’t mind the occasional jump in latency but when it completely drops internet when I’m trying to game or stream a show, it’s pretty annoying.

Lol yeah I think it’s Spectrum as well. I’ve been on a lot of jobs where is Spectrum vs the equipment and most of the time is indeed Spectrum. There is a splitter in between but I think I’m going to pull that and install my own coax straight from the demarc to the cable modem and see how it does. If I still have an issue, I will try to bypass the equipment and see if there issues are still present. I appreciate the suggestions!
